Join me for this special once-a-year online class to learn how choosing one word for one entire year can help guide you, grow you, and give you an anchor to hold on to. Picking a word of the year is not a new idea, and it might be one you’ve heard of, participated in, or been curious about. You’ll receive my unique digital mini journal to use during the class. We will work through the journal prompts in the mini journal to help you reflect on where you’ve been, think about where you want to go, and how you might get there. By the end of the class, you’ll have two lists of possible words to guide you, and hopefully, if you’ve answered your deepest questions, your One Word for the next year.
